These terms cover LLM Ground as it exists right now: a pre-launch, informational site with no accounts, no submissions, and no published probe data. They will be replaced with a fuller set of terms before user accounts, probe submissions, or paid tiers ship.
The example content on this site isn't real
The prompt/output examples, cost and latency figures, and the regression-tracker chart on the homepage are illustrative mockups — each one is labeled "Illustrative — no live data yet" on the page itself. They demonstrate what a published run will look like; they are not a claim about any model's actual behaviour, and they should not be quoted or cited as if they were.
Ownership
The LLM Ground name, logo, and the text and design of this site belong to its operator. Once real probe and run data is published under the methodology described on the homepage, that data will carry its own stated terms of use — to be published alongside it, not assumed from this page.
No warranty
At this pre-launch stage, the site is provided as-is, without any guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. That standard will tighten considerably once the site is publishing data people are expected to rely on.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape or abuse this site in a way that degrades it for others, and don't misrepresent the illustrative example content described above as real model performance data.
